I had a blood test taken two weeks after an h-drol cycle a few months ago. The test was ordered by doctor in relation to something else, so it's missing alot of things that would have been nice. I also have no baseline for comparison, so it's of very limited use. But I figured it's better than nothing, given the lack of info on most of these compounds.
Glucose 5.8 mmol/L
HBA1c 5.4 %
HDL-cholesterol 0.8 mmol/L
LDL-cholesterol 2.6 mmol/L
Cholesterol 3.8 mmol/L
Creatinin 87 μmol/L
Triglycerides 1.4 mmol/L
The only real thing of interest as far as I can see is the HDL-cholesterol level, which is at the absolute limit of 'normal'. Bearing in mind this test was taken two weeks into PCT, it seems reasonable to assume my HDL probably dropped below that during the actual cycle. Obviously, no base for comparison, so I can't really be sure. But I do eat pretty clean and take 3g of omega 3/ED so I'd be surprised if my HDL was that low all the time.
The cycle itself was 5-weeks at 50/50/75/75/75, with milk thistle and omega 3 throughout. PCT was AIs PCS and ZMA.
