Preloading cycle support for 2 weeks prior to starting
On cycle:
Cycle Support
H-Drol (6 weeks) @ 50/50/75/75/75/75
Extend (post and during workout)
Preworkout for energy (Adrenol8 maybe Superpump)
Multivitamin (twice daily)
Weightgainer shake (post workout)
Isolate or blend protein (throughout the day)
Off Cycle:
Reversitol taken at the suggested dosing:
Week 1: 1 cap upon waking, 2 caps before bed
Week 2: 1 cap upon waking, 1 cap before bed
Week 3: 1 cap upon waking, 1 cap before bed
Week 4: 1 cap before bed
Post cycle Support
Gaspari Size-On (taking nearing the end of workout)
Protein intake will remain the same
