Mick Hart
Mick has forgotten more about steroids and bodybuilding than most people will ever know. But what is most impressive about Mick is not just his immense and undisputable knowledge but also his unique "in your face" style of telling it.
Mick pulls no punches and has a fabulously direct, almost brutal at times, yet always humorous writing style that is totally unique. Besides learning hardcore "No Bull" home truths about steroids, muscle and bodybuilding I can guarantee that you will be entertained to the max.

For those of you who don't know him, here's an overview of some of Mick Hart's achievements and qualifications:

Fully qualified BAWLA Olympic grade A Coaching Instructor who has been in professional bodybuilding now for about 25 years and in that time has become one of the leading authorities in the sport.
Writer of two best sellers on the subject of steroids and owns, designs, prints and publishes the monthly magazine "NO BULL COLLECTION" which is "killing the opposition" and which is fast becoming the top cult steroid read in the world - due to it's open, honest, independent and brilliantly written steroid information.
Mick's Famous Cult "No Bull" Magazine
In bodybuilding, not only has he competed at a high level himself, he has coached and trained no less than 80 first places, 70 seconds and more than 20 thirds in the last four years alone - many at the highest levels too! Has also trained MANY champions (many of whom sadly do not admit it)
As for steroid advice, cycling and safety methods, many of the world’s TOP pro’s have sought his advice.
Leading Bodybuilding and Steroid Advisor to the British Media including the BBC and ITV (the two principal British TV channels.). Has appeared many times now on TV and Radio.
Has written for all of the leading Bodybuilding magazines MuscleMag etc, and many other very famous globally distributed magazines such as FHM, Later, Men's Health etc.
Has designed AND built 479 gyms and clubs all over the UK which include Scotland Yard, Houses of Parliament, No. 10 Downing Street, Oil companies, Shell, Texaco, Philips Petroleum etc etc.
There's more - but I'm sure you get the picture......

IMO he could seriously benefit from a copy editor and proofreader though, even if he just hires some journalism students to do it...'well written' isn't how I'd describe his books, but I do like his more conservative attitude towards dosages and protocols vs. the more popular ranges you see on forums.

I wouldnt tell him that . As regards " well written " i would suggest that refers to his knowledge , rather than his grammar
The guy is very blunt, tells it as it is,and doesnt pull punches. If you would rather have a guy that " dresses things up " and has a gentler approach , then thats personal choice. Mick Hart s manner may be offensive to some but accept him for what he is , a man with a great deal of knowledge gained partly through experience, which is respected in the UK bb community.

You asked if he was trustworthy , let me put it back to you - is Patrick Arnold, are all the supplement companies that give us products that they say deliver and dont.
