Test e and Anavar

Hi guys,

Was wondering if adding some anavar fom the middle of a 10 week test e cycle would have any benefit to my gains.

Do you even know what oxandrolone does when administered to women? It is one of the most commonly used anabolics in females and one of the safest.

First of all I was just joking. Seconed I guess I'm old fashioned I LIKE my women steroid free and they ride on the back of the motorcycle, not up front with me on the back ,got it.

I thought the var may help harden up the muscles towards the end of the cycle, but you think it would be a waste of money.

Well, until you hook up with a hot chick at the gym who is running var you won't know what your missing because she will be good to go, anywhere, anytime just like I like it.

And my jacked woman always rides on back of my V-MAX but she rides however she wants the rest of the time, if you get my drift =)

She maxes her bench at 190lbs. My max was 425 about 1 year ago. The heaviest I have benched lately is 365 for 5. I am recovering from rotator cuff pain and I am almost 100%.

Nice bench for you and her... BUT YEAH that would bother me if wifey could bench more than me. Like I said I'm old fashioned.(Rotator cuff injuries are a B.i.t.c.h) but somewhat inevitable when you start pounding the heavy weights

rotator cuff????...i usually get wrist injuries when im pounding my heavyweight a lot....oh wait you guys are talking about...never mind...how embarrassing:ponder:
 
what is that?
your body is always reaching for homeostasis. Its balance. You grow in spurts and most guys that use aas will hit a plateau at week 9-11 in their cycles so if you run a bunch of flat cycles and keep a journal of gains you will figure out your point of plateau. Once you identify that point you can make changes to diet (more cals or macro's) and/or up the dose of aas.

For example lets say week 9 is when your gains hit a wall. If I was running test E I would up my dose 200mg per week at week 7 and increase my food intake so I push through the plateau. You could also add an oral like d-bol or anadrol and experience an extended growth spurt as well.

Anavar is quite weak as it was prescribed mostly to women and children burn victims. It works at a high dose but will totally crush HDL at doses over 25mg daily so I would not recommend it for men. My HDL was 11 after 4 weeks of 50mg daily. My doc was shocked.

hey man, I personally love var! It gave me moderate strenth gains @ 40 mg/day. Gained 15 clean pounds, got me shredded, and had NO sides @ all! It's been 6 months and have kept all of my gains! 2 Thumbs up here bro, keep in mind i only weigh 175 and everyone responds different..Good Luck!
