I'LL STOP EATING WHEN I'M NOT HUNGER INSTEAD OF EATING TILL FULL. WORKOUTS WILL BE QUICKER WITH LESS REST BETWEEN SETS TRYING FOR EIGHT TO 12 REPS PER SET. GONNA TRY TO KEEP IT NO MORE THAN 1 1/2 MINUTES BETWEEN SETS. NOT USED TO THAT, IT HURTS. I'VE BEEN DOING A WESTSIDE PROGRAM FOR ABOUT A YEAR.
