6 weeks PP 1-T with M1-4add
weeks 1-2: 1-T 5 pumps ed a.m.
weeks 2-6 : 1-T 5 pumps ed a.m./M1-4add 90(possibly bump to 120 after week 2 or 3)
all support supps(CEL Cycle assist/fish oil/etc.)
Pulse PP's Sustain Alpha 3 days on 3 days off beginning week 2-3 for libido and minimize suppression.

6 weeks M1-4add bridged w/ Havoc/Epi
weeks 1-3: M1-4add 90-120
weeks 3-4 M1-4add 90-120 with Hav/Epi at 40 mg
weeks 5-7 Havoc/Epi 40-50 mg
Looking for strength gains, recomp , 5-8 LBM ...not going on a bulk, clean diet running at or near maintenace(no more than 300-400 cal over)...currently 6'0 219-220 11%BF..not first cycle.
