hey I'm 3 weeks into my m1t/t4 cycle and noticed that my nipples are a little tender and sore sometimes. Is this a sign of gyno and should I just start my pct now, or should I hold off?

Dose your PCT...if it does not clear up within a few days discontinue the T-4.

If I do the pct and discontinue the t4 should I keep going that extra week with the m1t or just call it quits for this cycle?

keep rolling the cycle....you should be taking letro while on and threw you pct
