Is it common to put on a little bf while on H-Drol??

My appetite has increased. Was wondering if it's normal to put on a little body fat while on cycle, and then maybe lean up once on PCT???? I know I'm putting on more muscle mass, but at the same time, I feel that my mid-section is either just bloated or putting on a little extra bf....Please enlighten me on this....
 
From what i've read, no. Hdrol usually leans people out especially around the midsection.

But like i say in half my posts, everybody responds differently. If it's really a concern you should clean up diet or throw in more cardio. U getting the strength gains?
 
I am loosing bf from h-drol. Great recomp. effect. I just started my 4th wk of h-drol and I really leaned out around the mid section.

That's good news! Did your appetite increase when you started your cycle? Mine did. However, I'm only starting my
2nd week, so I guess I have yet to feel it's full effects. My arms got about 1/4 inch bigger - strength has increased a little.

My cycle is 50/50/75/75/75, but I was thinking of bumping it up to 50/75/75/75/100...any thoughts?
 
Ya I am having the same problem, I've put on 3.5 lbs in a week and a half so far on h drol, I know its not all muscle but my diet is good. I am not looking fatter, just feel like I am... odd...
 
I've put on a little fat on H-Drol, today is day 21. I'm not to concerned though because I've gained 14 lbs in 3 weeks, so a little fat gain is to be expected.

Eating clean? H-drol really leaned me out, even in the first week I started getting more vascular. Perhaps its a little bloat? I've heard of a few unfortunate individuals complaining of this (bloat).

Yes, I eat pretty clean - good carbs, protein from lean meats, turkey, chicken. Veggies. I have some oatmeal every day.

I've been slow with work, so maybe I haven't been burning as much calories as usual.

At any rate, I'm runing 6.5 miles/day, 5 days a week - that should lean things out...haha


I do have a tendancy to bloat in the evenings...don't know why...

I usually bloat post workout. Its probably a mixture of all the water I drank while lifting and all the carbs I eat right after. So far I have nothing but good things to say about h-drol, up 14-15lbs in 3 weeks(obviously not all muscle) and the only side I've noticed is alittle fatigue.
 
14 lbs in 3 weeks is the most i've ever heard of from hdrol. EVER. What are you dosing it at?

It was after a 2 week hiatus from lifting. I was down to 185 the morning I started my cycle, I'm now ~200. I did the first week at 50 and bumped up to 75 after that. Like I said its definitely not all muscle, but I'm bulking so my goal was just to put on as many pounds as possible. I've been getting ~4500 calories of clean food a day. I definitely feel like my clothes have shrunk, which is an awesome feeling.

Yeah, I'm up about 5 lbs in one week!. I've upped my cardio however to 5 times/week.

I have also noticed fatigue!!! My eyes start closing around 8pm when I'm watching TV!!! Even my g/f noticed how tired I am early in the eve. :(

You JUST quit smoking. You were going to gain weight(most likely fat) regardless of the hdrol bro.:thumbsup:
