90 Epistane

Week 1: CEL Cycle Assist,
Week 2: CEL Cycle Assist, 50 H-Drol (14)
Week 2: CEL Cycle Assist, 50 H-Drol (14)
Week 3: CEL Cycle Assist, 50 H-Drol (14), Epi 20mg (14)
Week 4: CEL Cycle Assist, 75 H-Drol (21), Epi 30mg (21)
Week 5: CEL Cycle Assist, 75 H-Drol (21), Epi 30mg (21)
Week 6: CEL Cycle Assist, 100 H-Drol (28), Epi 40mg (28)
---> 8 - H-Drol and 6 Epi, might extend 2 more Days

Debating:
- Prime To Be Used After Week 7, or Some Other Test Booster
- Nolvadex or Clomids for PCT...Just In Case...Have Time For That

Supplements : Multi-Vitamin, USO Liquid Omega 3,6,9,, Magic Pill, BCAA, NO Explode, Liv 52, Glutamine

Workout:

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back, Calves
Day 3: Quads, Hammys
Day 4: Bi's, Tri's
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Shoulders, Forearms
Day 7: Rest

3 - 5 Days Cardio (Elliptical, Bike, Step, Light Jog) 35 - 55 Mins

Abs: 2 Day On / 1 Day Off

Still Tweaking My Diet
Stats As Of Now : 5' 9 '' 205, 12 - 14% BF

Starting Jan 1st - Will Have Weight, Body Fat % Taken, and will Keep a Tight Log Of Workout, Diet, and Stats....Will Have B4 and After pictures as well....LETS HAVE SOME PHUCKEN FUNNNN

Girlfriend Past 3 1/2 Years, (Turned into a ...Nevermind).....Just Back In Gym HARD last 2 months...6x a week, cardio 5x a week

looks good and well thought out. pick nolva or clomid for PCT and either will be fine, i prefer clomid.

Hooorah...aight...i didnt think i would need it..but i will get it and get some more feedback, because i know H-drol is not as crazy as M-drol...thats why im taking H-drol..i dont want my nuts shutting down..if im going to do that..i rather just take Injectibles.....Ya Know

yeah grape size nuts arent fun. but remember ur also running epi.....so 2 methylated compounds, i HIGHLY suggest using a SERM for PCT

We all Hdrol takes about 2 - 3 weeks 2 kick in...what do u think about this...

Just tossing in 3 weeks of 10mgs of M-Drol before the H-Drol Kicks in??? or kick it up to 20 ???

And Then i WOULD DEF NEED A NOLVADEX for 4 weeks

asking WAYYYYYY too much.

if u havent used any of these separately then i suggest to sticking to ONE compound.

3 methyls will be EXTREMELY harsh on ur body

H-drol and epistane are both very mild and although moth methylated, you should be fine

and acutally, i ran m-drol at 50mg for 5 weeks and my balls didn't shrink.
