Monster is getting beastly - please review my cycle plans

I've been off cycle for almost 3 months. Retained most of my weight but lost a good deal of strength after last cycle.

Starting a major bulking cycle on January 6th (my birthday). Ordering my gear now.

Heres the plan:
P-Plex 20/30/30/30 (possibly 40)
Epistane (depending on gains from above) - 0/0/20/20/30/(maybe another week of 30)

Basic Supports:
Hawthorne Berries - 2wkpre/on/2wks off
Milk Thistle -on/2wks off
Fish Oil - 10-20g/day always
Cissus 5% Bulk - 6grams/day
Glucosamine/Chondro/MSM Liquid -always


Extras?
Bulk Pure Dopa from Powefull, 1-carboxy powder - 1/3 tsp morning and night - pre/on/off
B6 - 200-250mg - pre/on/off
ATD - 25mg on? or not?

PCT:
Liquid Torem - 90/60/60/30
I-Force Reversitol - 0/0/3/2/2/1


Goals:
Currently 183.5 approx 11%bf
Goal: 195-200lbs 10% BF

Questions:
Am I overdoing the dopamine/prolactin support?
Based off all the phera gyno on-cycle, should I run low dose of ATD? I.E. 25mg ED or EOD?\
Is liquid Cabergoline necessary to have on hand?

I want to prevent prolactin sides from the start.

Looks good man, idk about the dopa, but Im currently dosing p5p at 300mg a day. Also i don't think the caber will be necessary to have on hand, but up to you, if you feel better with it then get it. IMO I would start the phera at 40mg and move up to 60mg if you feel up to it. I've never takin epi, but isn't 20mg kind of low? Also I would save the ATD for PCT if you want, I wouldn't take it ON cycle, IMO. Looks good though and good luck man.

start at 40!? thats nuts...up to 60!??

I thought this stuff was powerfull already...I ran 30mg of epi and got huge.

I cant handle more than 30 of epi or it kills my joints

yes, but I have cartlidge problem and bone defect in my elbow. Nothing helps enough for 30mg+ of epi.

why run above 30-40mg of phera? This is my first run and I'm only 185lbs at 5' 7.5". I thought people explode at even as low as 20mg on phera? I would figure above 30mg would be too hard on my body to run havoc on top and for 2 weeks more.

Idk, my first run I just did was 45/60/60/45 and then bridged to SD at 0/0/0/20/20/30/30 and had great results with minimal sides (2day is first day of PCT). I've always had a tolerence to stuff though. If I were you start at 30mg and play it by ear. I have read before that 20mg is kind of a waste, but its up to you. You should have great results either way.

how much weight did you slam on..and what do you think you'll keep.

I want so badly to walk away with 200! its just so hard for me to get any bigger no matter what my diet is at 185.

Total weight as of yesterday was +21 lbs. I started at 187 and yesterday I weighed 208. Im not sure how much I'll lose, I just started some creatine today so maybe that will help, I'll pretty much just be happy to stay at 200. Im gonna start a cut in Feb., so hopefully I can stay above 190 in the low teens of bodyfat, possible single digits. As long as your diet and training is up to par, you should be able to hit 200, I ate a lot of carbs throughout the cycle.

wow man. Where did you gain most of the weight..can you give me a ratio between how much on phera and how much on SD. I might just bridge it into SD for the 7 weeker.

Any prolactin side effects? What did you use for prolactin/gyno control?

Id say most of it from the phera, I jumped to 195-200 on the phera and the rest was the SD, but I felt the strength the most on the SD and "leaning out effect". I ran p5p 300mg a day and vitex 600mg a day, Im gonna run that through PCT as well. I didn't experience any type of gyno. My nips got puffy at times, but no soreness, itchness, or lumps. When I take my doses it would go down for a number of hours, and I took my first dose of nolva a couple hours ago and it seems back to normal already.

You got a couple inches on Monster don't forget so your frame will probablly naturally hold 200lb alot easier than his will.
 
Decided to run P-Plex at 20/30/30/40 for now and maybe add epi in for a bridge later

Starting Jan 7

Currently cutting calories and running to get bf down just a bit and prepare to shock my body for bulking.

Any feed back would be excellent.

Meal 1
4 eggs – 320 cal 28g protein
1 banana – 105cal, 27g carb, 1g p
1 Weight Gainer shake – 900cal, 55g protein, 120 carbs

Meal 2
1 protein bar – 10g protein
1 pbj sandwich – 300cal, 36g carbs, 27g protein

Meal 3
2 Chicken Breast – 156cal, 33g protein
Rice – 218 cal, 46g carbs, 2g protein
Salad – 2g protein
Kidney Beans – 210 cal, 37g carbs, 13g protein

Meal 4
1 banana – 105 cal, 27g carb, 1g protein
Peanuts – 600cal, 25g protein, 20carbs

Meal 5
2 Chicken Breast – 156cal, 33g protein
Rice – 218 cal, 46g carbs, 2g protein
Salad – 2g protein
Kidney Beans – 210 cal, 37g carbs, 13g protein

Meal 6 Optional
1 Weight Gainer Shake - 900cal, 55g protein, 120 carbs
2 Eggs – 150cal, 14g protein


4500 total calories
500 carbs
315g protein


Currently weigh 180lbs, 11-12% bf, eating about half of the above right now
