You dont need a steroid for energy. Take a caffeine mix or some ginseng. If you have a serious problem with energy you could try NO-Xplode or something in that genre of supplements.
However, if your diet and lifestyle (enough sleep, not alcoholic, drugs, etc) are in order and you're still unable to get the energy to hit the gym - you might want to see a doctor and get your thyroid checked.

There are literally hundreds of products like Redline, Redbull, etc that most gyms carry and will certainly give you the instant burst you want.

Superpump 250 works good for me. Also Muscle Tech's Gakic isn't bad at all. I eat a bowl of oatmeal w/raisins, sliced almonds and a little brown suger - the carbs will give you the energy.
Hope this helps!

200mg of caffeine pre work out will give you a boost. I used to take tablets before training 20 years ago. Now I like coffee. Caffeine has been shown in human trials to increase oxygen uptake in athletes by 7%. It helps with mental focus and alertness as well. Coffee is very high in anti-oxidants. One study I have read said it is the number 1 source of anti-oxidants in the American diet. Coffee got a bad name because of the fat content but if it is brewed with a paper filter, the fats absorb into the paper and most does not end up in your cup.
Espresso will contain the lipids so be aware that a starbucks latte contains fat from the espresso as well as the milk.
Caffeine is very cheap and is added to all kinds of suppliments. Save your money and drink some coffee. It will improve performance and slow free radical damage.
