    Question weird epi question


    does the dosage amount have any effect on how the compound recomps or bulks? like say if i dose 50mg vs 30 or 40mg will there be any difference in the effects of epi.

    I think the most basic relationship with cutting vs. bulking dose is that a cut/recomp dose is usually less, but over a longer period of time.

    So for epi on a cut, i wouldn't want to try to cut in just 4 weeks that's silly, you would lose muscle if you try to lose fat too quick. But over 8 weeks you can have some substantial weightloss, and you could easily pulse Epi over the 8 weeks which just equates to a low dose.

    Lower doses should be sufficient for cutting because you're not trying to build muscle, you are just want the steroid to act as an anti-catabolic agent so you can maintain what you have.

    dont believe in the pulsing...especially for a cut. Not with epi...its too weak of a compound imo, unless you pulsed at 40-50mg.

    6-8 weeks at 20mg/day however would SURELY prevent a good deal of muscle wasting,probably help gain muscle, depending on how low the caloric intake falls below maintanence.

    i loved my epi hdrol clen cycle, 4 weeks lost 12 pounds, and got much stronger then i was on my sdrol orastane E cycle,

    That sounds like a fun cut cycle. How did you dose it? Sounds like something I might do monthes down the road when I cut.

    4 weeks of 30mg epi
    4 weeks of 50mg hdrol
    40mcg clen for the first 2 weeks, 60mcg for 2nd 2 weeks, then PCT

    Well i was thinking more like 30mg to cut or recomp on, if you were to run it straight through, with 40+ for a shorter duration being used more for bulking.

    20mg of Epi/Havoc is plain weak, people are hitting 60 around here



    When i ran Epi for a cut it was pulsed 3x a week approximately like this
    10-20/30/30/40/40/40/50/50
    I now know that i don't respond so well to Epi but I got the full steroidal effects very well with the pulse, run that 8 week cycle with clen 2 on 2 off and i'm sure it would be a great cutter. Epi you can be pretty aggressive with the dose too, if i were to run it again i'd hit 60+ mg and see if i could get some real effects out of it. I got pumps and vascularity but couldn't gain weight or strength. Very weird really.

    so if i wanted to lean out more than bulk, i would dose it 30mg 5-6 weeks?

    i did epi for 2 weeks before. i had to stop cycle cause i got sick for 10 days. but i remember not feeling anything nor any strength improvements at 30 mg. however i did notice some tightness in my waste area.

    i pulsed epi at 30 mgs (20 pre/10post w/o) for four weeks and gained ~8 lbs and kept ~6 after a complete OTC PCT. I'm now on my second half of the bottle once again keeping it at 30mgs. at 40 and above sides seem to kick in as reported by many others and why risk sides unless there's no results.. Good luck on it bro whatever you choose

    I think that would work well but it's not like i've tried it like that i'm just guessing.

    leaning out is more about diet and how much cardio you are doing

    i think im just gonna have to how it goes at 30. if after 2-3 weeks im not noticing anything or getting what i want, ill bump it up to 40.
