how long between cycles

how long would you guys leave it between cycles.
i have just finished an 8 week cycle of testeviron and am thinking of going on a sus-decca cycle next..

The general concensus is time on=time off. Now that being said I believe that means preload,cycle, and pct time. That's how I would wait,... but I'm no expert!
