i have been on a 8 week course of testoviron 250ml every 3 days and have had some shocking advice form the people where i train ( the so called know it alls).
This is my first cycle and was advised and bought HGC for my PCT. (1 shot of HGC every 3 days, 5 shots in total) 1 week after my last shot,
After reading this forum which i think is great by the way have descovered i should be using Nolva as well...
20/20/20/20/20 is the dose i should be taking reading other threads but i am unsure of how many weeks i should take this for, when do i start taking it, and do i only take this for 5 of the 7 days of the week,that is if i can get hold of any as i have asked the person who i got my gear off and he has told me he can not get hold of it. I can infact get hold of Arimadex but can not find any advice about this, how to tahe it and in what quantities for how long.is nolva or arimadex just for gyno ?
Sorry for keep going on but im a bit worried now about my PCT i should have come here first to get advice but listened to people at my gym who have been taking steroids for years who have obviously been doing it wrong...
I will continue to read posts from people on here before i start my next cycle and will make sure i have everything before i start..
