Help on my cycle.

I am Planning on running a cycle but i am confused on what i should take. ive been reading that epistane is a decent mass/strength builder and isnt that toxic. Anyone have any advice on what i should take and how much of it?

Stats:
21
5'9"
156lbs

Goals:
10-15lbs of mass

My diet:
4k calories a day
200-300g of carbs per day
200-250 gram of protien per day

I have also done a 4 week cycle of 4everfits D-Drol. And have been lifting around 3-4 years if this info helps.
 
No disrespect meant here at all, but if you are truely eating 4k a day and weigh 156, several things are off here. Diet is out of whack(meaning you aren't consuming the right things) and training is off. You should be able to reach upwards of 180-200 naturally by bulking like that.
How long have you been training and what does it consist of?
 
I'll agree with DG here! you should really consider holding off on doing a cycle until your body has matured a little...5'9" and 156 says that you're not ready. you need to have a good foundation before you consider the dark side.

get your diet and training fixed and I'm sure you'll get the gains you want.
 
i have been training for a consistant 3 years but have been slacking because of school and work. i mainly focus with upper body and i do the regular 4 days on 1 day off, some weeks legs if im not to busy. and i am hoping i will be able to eat 4k calories a day on the stuff. right now im lucky if im getting 3k

Hey Boss, just FYi... these guys are gonna scream at you if you don't do legs. I should scream, but I know it's hard to do if you have work and school. Still, without legs, you'll just maintain weight... with legs in your regiment, you'll gain. That's what's probably missing from your schedule.

Remember the old mantra... if you want your bench to increase, squat!

Epi is decent, and fairly safe... but what will probably happen is a little gain/bloat then loss once off. After doing legs properly for a month, you'll be up 3 real pounds, then you can start Epi, and continue doing legs, and maybe you'll gain 6 real pounds instead of 3. This could total 9 or 10 pounds of real muscle in two months, which will be very visible on your frame.
 
I think you should really fix your diet before anything else. If you say that you only eat 3k calories when your lucky is not good. Planning is everything, "Fail to plan, Plan to fail". If it is hard for you to eat that much now what makes you think all of a sudden you can maintain 4k calories on cycle. IMHO I think you should listen to these other guys and stay away from the steroids until your body is more mature. Steroids are only there to take you to the next level once your body is at a decent size.

I also agree here bulk naturally then a few years down the road you can consider the steriods.
 
i never knew legs where that important im just gunna make a really plan up and start doing them, thanks. my only prob is i never really have an appetite, does anyone know if there is n e kind of supp. i can take to increase it??

no but seriously, some anabolics have been known to greatly increase hunger. For some reason, before I started taking plasma jet I was never hungry and now I cant get enough food in my mouth. Dunno if its just somethin in my head but im always hungry now unlike before.

yea dude its pretty legit. i get absolutely rediculous pumps when i do bi's and tri's, and i legit got vascularity out the roof. when I eat like a carb meal before I go to the gym, I feel like this stuff legit makes me go nuts. but my buddy tried it and it didnt do **** for him, so it obviously is different for everyone
 
dude you sound like you arent dedicated or knowledgable enough on the basics to be using. When you get serious then think about it.

Believe it or not, when you start doing massive multijoint excersizes like Bench, Military Press, Dead lifts and, of course, Squats...you actually build an appetite. Sounds odd but it's true, your body will call for caloriess, protein, carbs... everything. Once you're in the zone, you'll find yourself starving the day after squats (or the day of squats if you lift in the morning).

I know it's hard to eat bro... anyone will agree with me, it's easier to LOSE weight by dieting than gain weight by forcing food when you're not truly hungry. Still, you'll find compound movements like the ones I suggested to pack on weight over just a few short months. You will be hungry.

Another important fact many overlook, cardio... just 15 mins will burn like 80 cals, nothing major... but afterwards, you'll be starving for Big Macs and Whoppers. (Don't eat that, goto Boston Market for a half chicken WHITE for $7.99 with mashed and red potatoes... mmm I'm getting hungry).

I've tried BlackHole and didn't see too much from it. Someone has just told me BOLD200 has been shown to increase appetite which I'm going to try...but I have been doing very well as far as eating.

No, I don't work at Boston Market.

Legs is oe the compound exercises that is a must IMO. Squatting involves many muscles in the boady and the deep breathing combined just induces the whole body to grow. When people complain of arms not growing I tell them to squat. Compound movements like squats, deads and benching are the way to mass.
 
Stick mainly to bulking exercises like squat, flatbench, military press, deadlift. maybe work the 5x5 program abit. and eat everything you can for a couple of months. you'll get bigger. at your age natures in your favor. try making good gains in your forties. thats when to break out the helpers like havoc/epi. good luck.
 
I agree with these guys. I am a tall guy with a high metabolism, so gaining or maintaining weight is hard for me. I do legs twice a week, plus eat like crazy to make sure I don't lose weight. Even when I was eating a lot, I did not start to see the weight increase until I started working legs the way I worked my upper body. Besides, you don't want look like a baseball bat, wide on one end and skinny on the other end.
 
i use to get to the gym around 8pm every night and my old workout plan was:

mon-chest
tues-back
wed-off
thur-arms
frid-shoulder/whatever else i missed.

1. Should i try to hit the gym up earlier?
2. Should i fit my legs into wednesday or should i plan a 3 day split?
3. and what are some really good bulking supp. i use cytogainer right now and usually use some kind of n.o. product.
