Possible Gyno

I read the if you think you have gyno thread, and decided to ask for reassurance.
I did 4 week cycle of pplex at 19.2/19.2/19.2/38.4
4 week post cycle therapy of iForce Reversitol, Tribulus, Zma.
With a Serm on hand, didnt need to use because felt fine and no side effects.
Which is Tamoxifen Citrate.
Could i possibly have delayed gyno?
If so its a minor development of it.
My right nipple has got me wondering, its a little puffy not much thinking its possibly fat buildup from all the food I've been eating, and i did the self breast exam didn't notice the hard fibrous tissue. Nor do i notice any lumps.. yet its puffy and i squeezed it just to check and a small, extremely small amount of liquid came out..
thats what freaked me out...
What do you think?

I had similar symptoms about 6 months ago. I had a sharp pain in my right nipple, along with very little discharge. The doctor checked my Prolactin, Thyroid, and Pituitary hormones and all were within normal. But about a month ago, I noticed some puffiness, and I found a small, fibrous mass. I am now waiting on blood work (for test/estrogen levels) but they think my case is idiopathic.

I would recommend that you get some bloodwork done if you can to see where you are at. And make sure they check your testosterone, estrogen, and prolactin at the same time.

I am not saying you have or are getting gyno, but it is sure better to be safe than sorry. If it were me, I would run the SERM and see if your symptoms go away if you can't see a doctor for it. Especially since you recently ran Pheraplex. I am sure it is much easier to resolve it if you catch it early.

I doubt it is fat deposition from all the food you are eating, or you would have the deposits on both sides.

Lift your right arm up over your head and then feel the area around your nipple. Lifting your arm up will "pull" your skin and tissue tight to your chest, and it any lump will be more pronounced and easier to find. Basic breast exam I guess. You will definitely know if something is there.

Good Luck to you. I hope its just a false alarm so to speak, but given you haven't ran the SERM, it is VERY possible your hormones are out of wack even though you may not "feel" it.

if you think its gyno push down on the nipple. does it feel soft, or does it feel like tough, like theres a wart something gristly under your nipple that is sensitive.
