Help please?

    Hi all, first post so take it easy.

    Ok, currently running 1g of Test E EW plus 30mg Dbol ED. I have a powerlifting meet coming up in a month, and the plan is to continue with the test, but stop the dbol at some point prior to the meet, in the hope that some of the water/crap will flush out of my system, therefore lowering the bodyweight sufficiently in time for the meet. Need to get to around 240lbs, at the moment I am at around 248lbs.

    First time I have tried this, and could do with some advice regards timing and so on? Not even sure it its gonna work?

    Any thoughts/ideas? Thanks guys.


  2. id say drop the Dbol about 2 weeks before the meet. personally i saw no bloat from dbol at 25-30mg so when i dropped it i didnt lose weight, but did slowly get leaner.

    Im the exact opposite of this....25mgs of dbol for me is the equivalent of shoving a water hose up my butt. I have literally dropped 20 pounds in a matter of days after coming off dbol....

    So, since we dont know which of these two scenerios is going to be you, I would come off two weeks prior, and see what happens...if for some reason your weight doesnt drop you would still have a few days to use alternative measures to get the 8 pounds off...

  8. dude i wouldnt drop the dbol at all...do you know how easy it is to drop 8 lbs of water and then replenish fluids and lift...i used to wrestle in high school and college...some guys were doing this every week...u need to talk with some other power lifters too...many of these guys fluctuate 15-20lbs or more in prep for a meet. your gonna shoot yourself in the fooot strenght-wise if you drop the dbol...imo

  9. Thanks mooch. Don't know a lot about water manipulation, tried it the last time, and failed because of my ignorance, although I did make weight through diet. other lifters around me are drug-free, and are holier than thou, if you see what I saying!

  10. its easy to drop 10 lbs within a day or two, manipulation of diet and water intake is the best way to do this.

    ive heard of people using aromatace inhibitors to deal with water retention, also a diuretic like hydrochlorothiazidide would do the trick.

    If you want hit me up with a PM i can give you more detailed explanation on cutting water weight. I fight and wrestled for over 10 years lot of experience plus everyone on my team cuts weight for a fight so i know a couple ways that work well.
