for a 4 ounce bottle....it is worth my money...was gunna run it with 1-ad....if so what does would u recommend for how long...or should i just run it alone...and again what doesages would u recommend....peace

Well if you're 18 you shouldnt be doing pro hormones anyways, so take that 4-AD money and buy some liver tabs and yams.
Don't do Ph's until you are older. By having a good diet and training routine you can gain some really good muscle mass quickly... If you ask YJ nicely he will help you with you nutrition. He is the best... I know thats not what you want to hear but thats the best advice i can give in this situation.. Talk to ya...

I dont mean to be an ******* but me be glad you arent hitting the darkside? I dont care what you do...you be glad you arent hitting the dark side. Its your body, not mine. All I can give you is the advice that you should wait a little bit longer and you can. You're 18 and still have plenty of natural growth left if you'll just have some patience.

Believe me, at your age, PHs aren't necessary, and you're gonna grow like stink anyway!!
I don't know what your stats are, but however you're built, you are now coming into the perfect age to hit the weights and GROW!
A few good supplements like a multivit/mineral, maybe some NAC to increase nitrogen retention and a bit of glutamine is all you need.
The rest is down to diet and training - use seriously STRICT form in the gym; believe it or not, you ain't finished growing-and the downside of being able to put loads of muscle on at this time, is that you also have the potential for creating problems in later life by damaging joints etc.
Get plenty of good food, especially the protein (like you needed telling that!) and supplement it if you need to.
Don't overtrain, but do give it 100%.
Building a good body is a fantastic investment - my BB at your age helped me recover from some serious surgery, and then prevented me being in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. The gym where I trained was ALL steroids, except for my training partner and myself - it's a good feeling to be able to hammer the weights, stricter and heavier than those who rely on chemicals. Save them for later, when you've built the foundations.
