    This is my cycle hows it look any advice on what should be added or dropped

    That looks like my template. Cycle looks awesome. You can drop the creatine during the cycle and save for PCT unless you really want it. Good luck and keep us posted.

    I've never agreed with that, really. Creatine is so damn cheap and safe, there is no reason to every cycle off of it. But I guess we all do what we feel is best for out body and out wallet.

    your cycle looks good but a few questions....

    1.) why consume 20g of creatine?
    I've always heard of taking 5g pre and post workouts!

    2.) why limit your self to 500mg of arginine?
    its just an amino acid, you should consume at least 5g pre and post workout

    3.) BCAA 2 caps equals how many grams?
    you should not limit your BCAA intake, consume 5~10 pre and post workout.

    yeah probobly gonna drop creatine during cycle keep it for pct and drop yohimbine dont know how much arginine i should take, heard its not good for BP
