Test e + Eq + Epistane or tbol?? cycle help

Hi guys

this is my 3rd cycle im planning planning to start beginning of december. Will be a lean bulk as it is summer over here

have previously done a cycle of epistane with pretty good results

the plan i was thinking

weeks 1 - 10
Test e 500mg (250mg monday, 250mg Thursday)
EQ 400mg (200mg monday, 200mg Thursday)

weeks 1-12 0.5mg Arimidex or 1.25mg Letrozole E3D

weeks 12-15
Nolvadex 40/20/20/10

and was thinking of adding in either epistane at 30mg ed or TBOL at 40mg ed for weeks 1-4 to jumpstart the cycle

just a few questions

1) which would you guys reccomend out of epistane and tbol??

2)also is there much point having the eq in the cycle? ive read its not much use unless run in longer

3) Is hcg necessary for this cycle and if so how should it be utlilized?

4) What is the preferred AI on cycle Arimidex or Letrozole?

EQ needs to be run 12+ weeks to truly benefit from it. HCG is not necessary for this cycle. epi and tbol are both mild compounds, but id stick with true AAS. run the tbol @ 60-80mg everyday for up to 6 weeks.

where are you getting this idea that hcg is not necessary cuz its too short? waht is too short? what is too long? when should it be incorporated exactly and how? and where is thie SOLID DATA coming from? from what youve read online from other 'bros' or your personal experience?

my experience says, run hcg 250 iu twice a week for a cycle over a month. Personally i have recovered fast, as if nothing happpend to my HPTA during. Others may say otherwise, they should explain.

run hcg till your long ester clears then start your SERM, adding slin or igflr3 helps ALOT too during SERM period.

epi is legal and cheaper than tbol (to me anyways) so run that instead if i were you

why are you running AI? are you prone to gyno? if not dont run it. are you trying to lean out? then drop the dose on test to 250mg (keep eq same, it still aromatizes though) then eat well (watch sodium). taht way you save money by not using AI, you could probably get some tren instead with that money lol. again IMO.

i know plenty of reliable ppl that know their sh!t, thats where i get my info. just because something may be in the book it doesnt mean its the same in real life. steroids are allllll about how an individual's body reacts....not how everyone reacts. as i said...HCG is not NECESSARY for a 10 week cycle of test and and EQ is very mild, but yes u could use it and it will be helpful for recovery

Yea im prone to gyno have a little bit of pubertal gyno from when i was a bit younger so was thinking of running an ai while on just to be safe

I can get tren but from what ive read there seems to be quite alot of side effects and since this is my first real gear cycle i want to go on the easy side of things

Do you think its worth adding in the EQ if it is only going to be for 10 weeks? or should i just skip it completely and just run test only with epistane to kickstart??

Also i was thinking of possible running proviron at 25mg ed from weeks 9-12 or possibly if funds permitt running it throughout. would this be a good idea?

Run the Eq at least 12 weeks. Look at my epistane writeup in my signature. There are examples as how you can run it with a steroid cycle and why it is better than other oral compounds for stacking with injectables.

i think we are on the same page, and i dont fight with keyboards so i wont argue or anything like that here...you just made it sound like there is a rule for when to use hcg and etc...but like you and I both said, individuals act differently so my point was that it can be used, I personally liked it and there are no rules to it. i dont like people repeating others. have you tried yourself? agian not fighting here man! Sometimes repeating never improves this whole game of AAS, i still see same info (always 50/50) regarding PCT and cycle since 1999.

Jake can try it this time and next time dont try it. for me, i will use it anything over a month or depending on which chemical im using. I agree that test and eq are 'weak' but tahts 900mg of TOTAL exogenus androgen WITH oral to kick for 10 weeks...i personally would use it and thats just me. if he said he was 19 years old and using 500mg of test for 8 weeks then i will say no hcg :)

jake, proviron sounds fine to me, good idea on not using tren lol, and you can always front load eq if you dont think you will feel it. My experience i've tried eq alone a long time ago as an experiment, it works fine, i think people dont 'feel' it cuz its so damn mild. its a good one to try your first cycle with.

i heard AI can mess with aromatase or upregulating them (dont have a source to back it up here sorry) so if you are worried about gyno then try 20mg or 10mg of nolva during all and all the way into PCT. if you are worried about bloating and apperance then thats diet and dosage of AAS dependent.

IMO.

still undecided as to whether to get ai on cycle

just wondering what are your opinions on aromasin??
