I would use the smallest needle that it will pass thru.

I'd guess a 1" 25 guage should do you well for everything except glutes, I'd go a 1.5" 23 guage for that.

Why is that Manbeast? I'm using a 1.5 inch 25 gauge for glutes.

I've never found 25g 1.5" (I haven't looked too hard either, because the 23 don't bother me in the glutes at all). So I made the (unwise) assumption that they don't exist... :D

Hey Matt D... Can you explain how to properly do Sub-Cutaneous injections. I'm not quite sure. Also can you do sub-cutaneous injections with a 25 guage pin? And lastly, would you inject in the same area every day or must you perform a variety of spot injections? Thanks

as for rotation of injection sites.. I sure the hell do.. I hate hitting the same spot I usually have one that feels sore or something..

Hey buyb12,

Your bottles of B-12 state that it should be kept at room temp (59-86 F).

Any harm in keeping this in the fridge? It's a lot easier for me to store it there than other places.

But if it's going to effect the B-12 in any way, I'll find another spot.

Thanks,

Slate
