I know theres a ton of info regarding this sup. Just thought I'd get additional input.
Stats:
Age 21
5'9 165lbs.
-about a year ago, I ran M1-T 4 week run, Nolva PCT (gained 15lbs)--young i know.
Goal: Looking for Lean mass (8-12lbs)
Pre load cycle supp 2 weeks prior.
Oncycle
CEL HDrol:
50/50/50/50*(75)/50*(75)
Cycle supp throughout (Hawthorn, Saw, the whole 9)
Clean Diet
aprox 4500-5000 cal/day
Animal Pack
-**I know Hdrol kicks in around week 4, so bumping it to 75mg in week 4-5 only if I my body feels if it can handle it.
PCT:
5weeks
Nolva (on hand in case of bad sides) Tapered down, 6-0X0 tapered up (if necessary)
Revive-T
Approprate vitamins
Maybe a test booster
Workout:
HIIT
Mon: Bi's
Tue: Shoulders/Legs
Wed: Chest
Thur: Back/Core
Fri: Tri's
Sat/Sun: Off
Cardio: 10-15min 3x week for endurance.
***Note: I shattered my arm snowboarding
and had surgery- so i have a metal plate in my left arm. I've been lifting for about 8 months since and am alrght. Any additional supps that could help with this? (glucosamine?)
I plan on running this in about a month and will keep a log.
