Hey guys, so I wanted to get some feedback on my first ever cycle that I've been planning for months now. I think I'm going to ramp up to 30mg Epi the first week, then run 30mg for the next 2 weeks, and bump it up to 40mg for the final week. I created a spreadsheet to outline my plans.
Basically, my goals are to put on 5-10 lbs of muscle and hopefully drop about 5 lbs of fat on the cycle. Right now I'm at a kinda soft 190, gonna cut back to 180 before I do the cycle. Hopefully I'll end up at a rock hard 185-190 after the cycle.
I decided to go with a 20mg X 4 weeks Tamoxifen Citrate PCT along with Lean Xtreme throughout and Activate Xtreme for the first 2 weeks (I only have 27 caps left).
So I had a few questions for the more experienced guys. I know most people don't like to use creatine or pre-workout supps while "on", so I'm considering dropping the BA, AAKG, and Green Magnitude until PCT. The real reason I'm considering using Green Mag while on is b/c it contains 2g of Taurine per serving, which I'm hoping will curtail back pumps. Do you think it would be wiser to drop the GM and get some bulk Taurine instead? And would you recommend dropping the BA and AAKG as well?
Also, how does my PCT look? I definitely want to do this thing right. Do you think it's necessary for me to get an AI like ATD as well? I know other people also use Trione during PCT, but is it overkill for Epistane? And I only have about 2 weeks of AX left and I'm hoping that will help get the boys back to normal, but if you guys think I should get more AX or some other test booster, let me know.
My diet is going to be 3500 calories a day, with a 40/40/20 protein/carb/fat split. Do you think this is a good plan to reach my goals or should I dial down the calories a bit? I don't want to put on any fat.
I will lift 5 days a week and do cardio maybe 3-4 times a week depending on how I'm feeling and how the body comp is looking.
So give me your feedback guys! Let me know any dosing modifications you would make, any supps you would add or subtract, and if you would change the diet. I really appreciate the help!
