Looking for anyone who has first hand experience with going keto while using superdrol.

Post up with your experiences or thoughts on keto with superdrol specifically.

I gained about 10 pounds over 2.5 weeks with Superdrol on the Anabolic Diet. Nothing was really different for me than any other Superdrol cycle. No major lethargy or anything like that.

One thing about the carb ups though is I think I gained like 13 pounds my first carb up on Superdrol. I normally only get like 4-6 pounds a carb up now.
 
Thanks for commenting. I'm mainly worried about extra lethargy and hypo type symptoms that people on SD with regular diets sometimes report.
 
I wasn't on Keto, but I've done Anabolic Diet in the past. Anyway, on SD, I ate moderate carbs and the lethargy was terrible. Once I upped to a lot of carbs, I felt a lot better. I would go with a diff. PH if you're limiting carbs.
 
had the same experience with the mild rpn havoc...i ran 20/30/30/40 in the past with regular diet experienced lots of lethargy...my last cycle of havoc with higher doses I ate 3x the carbs and had alot less lethargy, hardly noticeable...and zero sides

I can only imagine the difference on superdrol

I wonder how fun this would be on Keto

M-Th-Lo carb 40-50mg havoc
F-Su-refeed- 40-50mg havoc + 30mg Superdrol

For 5 weeks total?
