Well I am going to start getting all of my supplements before start my M1T cycle. I am definitly going to take Milk Thistle, CoQ 10, and my daily Vita Man multi vitamin.
I was wondering how much of each do I take so I know what I need to buy. Also is there anything else that you guys would recomend and why. I know alot of people use flax oil and I am considering it but other than that let me know.
ok i got my bottle in the mail today, im starting at 10mg per day with some 4ad trans. my question is, is when do you take it? with or without meals? before workout or after?????

It doesn't matter what time of the day you take the 10 mg. I prefer to dose my orals in the morning upon waking while others dose at night...all a matter of personal preference.
It does not matter whether you take it with or without meals.
Some will prefer to dose about 2 hours before workout to achieve maximum blood levels. Since the half life of M-1-T is pure speculation at this point it is also a matter of preference. Try it and post your opinion...
