I might be in the minority here in that I'm not in it for bodybuilding in a classical sense, but more for athletic enhancement (MMA hobby), feeling good, and general health and fitness. Looking good in AND out of a shirt, having defined abs, etc. of course is a great bonus.
So my goals are more about maximizing muscle:fat ratio, continually improving functional strength, core strength, explosiveness, and endurance. I'm 5'10" 185, and pretty happy at this weight range. It offers me a good balance of size, power, and speed. I don't even know my max lifts because I haven't trained that way in over a year.
With that said, it's time for my next cycle:
Sustanon 250mg EW 1-12
H-DROL 100 mg ED 1-8
Arimi .5mg or Letro 0.25mg as needed 1-12
Mix in some AMP v1 or AMP v2 for additional fat burning
Torem PCT 13-17.
General diet: ~5000 cals ED (I don't literally count everyday). Anything less, on or off cycle, I lose weight. High protein, limit carbs mostly to before and after workouts.
H-DROL only cycles have been a breeze for me to recover from. Maybe a little Test wouldn't make recovery too much harder and help keep my mood up, since H-DROL basically has near zero androgenicity.
I'm trying to Google around for cycle ideas designed for track sprinters, football skill positions, and gymnasts.
Appreciate any ideas or general theories.
