hi.
I'm a 23 years old guy who Train Sprint (100-200m ricreational) and try to have a good body.
i did a cycle with epistane and i gain a lot (6kg) with no fat gain.
now i'm planning a cycle in dicember, near christmas, because in this period I have more time. this is my plan and my doubt.
it will be my off season period, inthis i want to put a lot of strenght, some mass (no a lot), is not a problem to put a little bit of fat (little bit).
I go to do a training like this:
day 1. acceleration work on track. weight for lower body 5x5 on fundamental.
day 2. endurance work. weight upper body 5x5 on fondamental.
day 3. rest o light wo
day 4. day 1 and so on.
my supplements will be:
sylmarine, sesamine, o3,nac, vit c. whey.
my diet with 4500 kcal (now I mantain my weight with 3500-4000 for the great amount of work).
now my doubt:
1. my plan is to run H.drol, but the problem is that the bottle is enought for only 4 week at 50mg, and i think is not enought. Can i do 50-50-50-50 or better buy 2 bottle or buy another compound (like supedrol)
2. if i do it in christmas, there will be same day with a lot of food (no bindge eating but...) and I don't know if it can be dangerous for my liver. no alcool.
3. I can train a lot, and i want to do it, but there is some problem running H.drol with endurance or sprint training?
4. what kind of supplements can I add?
