Quick question H-drol vs. Havoc

maybes that why I made this thread was I did some searching and didnt find what I wanted to find. Im asking to find out what is better for STRENGTH gains. I dont care about mass and whats better for a cut. SEARCH MY NUTS

I have run both. I found Havoc was better for strength and H-drol was a great recomp compound.

I'm in total agreement. I've found havoc to be a much better strength gainer overall, but h-drol was better in a recomp effect.
