H-Drol/Sleeplessness

Has anyone else experienced difficulty sleeping while on H-Drol or and other similar substance? I feel like im sabotaging me because I can never sleep and recover. :frustrate

Im trying to dose in the am & prior to workout.

I never had any issues. Maybe some melatonin for sleep aid?

How late are you working out?

I usually workout at 6pm afterwork. Melatonin really has never helped me.

ohh yea i lost sleep on hdrol......lying there, watching the paint on the ceiling peel. but if Melatonin doesn't work for yea, crap man, i don't know what to recommend...most "sleep-aids" contain it. try NP there might be a sleep aid utilizing something else.....i've tried scivation's "knockout", it worked good but again, mel. is in it....so......i dosed 2 tabs on an empty stomach about one hour before bed....
