I'm going to cut shortly in an attempt to get properly ripped for the first time. Looking to drop maybe 4% BF (I would guess I am currently about 12% I have electric BF scales but it is a lying ba stard).
I'm currently 180 pounds. I figure dropping 6 - 10 pounds should do it.
I haven't used clen before so the plan was to take
40 on day 1
60 on day 2
80 on day 3 (etc until I hit the sides).
When I start getting the jitters, do I stick at that dose or ease off slightly?
I'll run that for 2 weeks, then use ECA for 2 weeks. Hoping to get there in 4 weeks (is that realistic?).
Training I will hit the weight heavy 4 times a week and follow each session with HIIT. I also play football twice a week (soccer). Do I need motre cardio than that? I know clen is anti-catabolic so I don't imagine it would hurt.
Diet wise I am going to cut carbs, take them on only at breakfast and after exercise (so far as possible). Limit my fat and keep protein high.
Am I on the right lines? Quite looking forward to this.
