Best GH Supp?

What is the best GH stimulating supp, you have ever tried?
I have used LGs I-GH_1 in the past with no results......
I am really interested in it, because no much data is on the forum at the moment.
But there are so many GH supps on the market, you cant really find out which works and which is crap.....
