What do you think the outcome of this would be with a "clean bulk" diet?
Im hoping to be in single digit BF% at the finish, and will probably start at around 13-14%
its hard to tell. a "clean bulk" diet is still a bulking diet. u cant really have the best of both worlds in bodybuilding.
i say cut diet pre cycle, + supps, + 2 weeks of clen.
then, "clean bulk" diet while running havoc cycle.
then, continue "clean bulk" diet during PCT with the supps u mentioned
So basically, try to get to my target BF% BEFORE I start, and try to be at that same point AFTER i finish?
Sounds like a good idea, I'm also counting on the Havoc to lean me out, it added POUNDS of muscle on my last cycle, AND I leaned out.
