Cycle:
Diet: High in fats, calories, protein, carbohydrates
Week 1- Pplex 15mg/ HL 1 cap Side Supplements:
Week 2: Pplex 30 mg/ HL 1 cap Protein Powder
Week 3: Pplex 15 mg/ HL 1 cap Garlic tabs
Week 4: SD 10 mg/ Elite pak Saw palmetto
Week 5: SD 20 mg/ Elite pak Milk Thistle
Week 6: SD 10 mg/ Elite pak RNA/DNA
Multivitamin
L-Glutamine
Post Cycle Therapy: Testron(if necessary)
Week 7: Viraloid 3 caps/ Arimatest 1 tab/ Creatine 2 scoops
Week 8: Viraloid 3 caps/ Arimatest 1 tab/ Creatine 2 scoops Week 9: Viraloid 3 caps/ Arimatest 1 tab/ Craetine 2 scoops
Two month and a Half rest

Goals:
Gain 7 Kg, maintain 5 Kg after Post Cycle therapy
Minimal shutdown
Minimal water retention
No Gyno
Not use Clomid or Nolvadex
Bench: 315
Squat: 450
Dead lift: 450

i see u dont want to use nolva or clomid,

reversitol primal male and trione would work well. wat you have will not be good enough.

under goals you said not to use nolva and clomid for PCT

if you do use the clomid/nolva for PCT choose only clomid and the arimitest.

Professional whats? Oh, and if it works for a pro, that doesn't mean it'll work for the average joe.
