i am thinking about epistane as my next cycle and was looking for any info about epistane users having back pumps

while on superdrol my back pumps were so bad it has made me rethink using it for my next cycle

i heard that taurine would help. i heard that bananas would help. i heard that i needed to drink more water (i dont think that was possible). nothing helped

thanks

Taurine and potassium definitely help. Back pumps are nowhere near Superdrol level.

Agree back pumps on Havoc should not be as bad 3-5g of taurine would help also drink lots of water.:head:

try quinine (theres some in tonic water) this can help with the pumps better then taurine.

I would look into Poseidon to ensure cellular hydration and really help prevent/alleviate back pumps... extra taurine and potassium on top of that arent bad and of course lots o water...

also as dsade mentioned these back pumps are seldom (were for me while taking poseidon) and no where near as intense as SD backpumps... those are naaaaasty

I am into week 5 of Epistane at 50mg and the back pumps are less than M-Drol at 30mg. With M-Drol I had to stop workouts due to the pumps. I have not had that issue with Epi.

One of the reasons I quit my Epi early was due to the debilitating back pumps (and acne which I CANNOT stand). I was slugging H2O, Taurine (2-4g pre-WO), stretching, etc. Nothing seemed to help.

Epi gave me back/calves pumps and thats about it. No real strength or weight gain at all. Ran it at 40mgs ED. Taurine and water helped but didn't eliminate the pumps. Running was difficult but lifting wise I was fine.

If you ran Epi at 40mg ED and got pumps and no gain then you were doing something wrong.

well i ran superdrol at 30mg, take in about 2.5 tp 3 gal of water. the back pumps got real bad.

i did some searching and found out about the taurine. i started with 1gram per day and went up to 3grams. that didnt help. tried the banana/potasium thing . that didn't help.

if what i hear about epi is true (less back pumps vs superdrol), then i'll do epi.

hell i'm gonna try it anyway!!

thanks for the info guys

Agreed...no use taking something that will increase gains, but make it impossible/miserable to work out. I ended up trashing all of the Superdrol I had.

Havoc is WAY milder in terms of sides.

Trust me I wasn't doing anything wrong I have been working out for a long time and know what I am doing. I guess I just don't respond to it. I am not the only one on this board thats had this problem w/ this compound. These things do react differently w/ everyone. Aside from the unwanted pumps the only thing else I got out of it was a slight "pump" in the gym and slight vascularity.

Did you seriously just ask what the best form of bananas is? I've heard they come as suppositories...give those a try :D

Did you seriously not realize that? ;)

nice compilation of high potassium foods!

Wonder how many of those have a corresponding high level of sodium as well.

I had no back pumps, but I had neck pumps. now THOSE were painful
I'm one week in at 30 mg, and I cannot agree more. I had to stop my leg workout early yesterday because I couldnt even stand having the bar on my back during squats, and I was only able to do reps at 225 when I usually do them around 315. It got pretty bad on other days during deadlifts too, and to a lesser extent during benching. It seems to be worst though when I take a 20mg dose pre-workout as opposed to spreading it out evenly.

i had jaw pumps, yes, jaw pumps. Ill Say it one more time. Jaw pumps.

When I went to eat borrito's at moes and I opened my mouth wide, the muscles under my chin would cramp up rock hard almost to the point of making me cry.

I have read many posts involving painful back pumps and always wondered what the relationship was in terms of the severity and the type of lift.

I.E. deadlifts, hyperextensions, leg curls or any other lift that directly or majorly involves the low back.

Does one of these seem to trigger the pain/pump more than another?
