cyclo bio-availability question

I thought that sublingual cyclo 1-test bioavailability was around 90%. However, Pat Arnold, at bodybuilding.com told me that it's just around 10-15% , I was very very surprised to read this as it contradicts what I've read many times before. Could you shed a little more light about this please?

I'd like you to help me. Thankx.

P.D.: I hope you don't move this thread to the "prohormone" section. It would be completely nonsense, for 1-test is not a prohormone, nor a supplement. 1-testosterone is a steroid.

1-test = DHB = dyhidroboldenone
