hi guys, im thinking of starting a MOHT 8 weeks cycle, im from mexico, here i buy a bottle of moht the thing is that each cap is 400 mgs of moht and in the directions it says that i should take 1 cap 30 mins before workout, but 400 mgs 5 times a week? 2 gr arent too much?? THANKS!
