I am approaching the end of the 2nd wk of my mdrol cycle. So far I am up 7 pounds (from 170lbs to 177). I am pretty happy but I was hoping for a bit more in terms of gains but I also think I have leaned out a bit.
I gather from what I have read that gains in the 3rd wk tend to be minimal so I am considering switching to M1T for wk 3.
Is this a good plan or not? For the sake of clarity I will not be running both at the same time.
