Yesterday started first ph/ds cycles since the 04 ban, so I am on my second day of H-drol (nothing noticable yet). I choose H-drol because you can get by with an otc.

Height: 5"5
Weight: 162
Bodyfat: around 10-11%, Abs are visible.

I have two bottles of H-drol (CEL). I am taking 75mg for 30 days and the last 10 days may bump up to 100mg.. Will see. For support I am using CEL Cycle Assist. For PCT I am gonna use Iforce Reversital.

I am not gonna go into detail on my diet other than to say it is 6 meals/shakes/mrp bars a day.

I squat twice a week. Monday's are high rep (20). Thursday are 6-10 rep.
Monday is Hams. and high rep squat
Tuesday is chest, calves, cardio
Wed.- off
Thursday- Quads
Friday- shoulder, back, cardio
Saturday- bic, tri, cardio
Cardio three times 15-20 intervals.

Goal: Gain lean quality muscle and strength, Whatever the amount may be.

May want to consider another week of h-drol as it does not kick in till week 3.


Will do..Hopefully starting my first week at 75mgs will accelerate the effects.

Day 3
75mgs.. taken morning, lunch, night

Quad Day..had an awesome workout. Dont think it had to do with h-drol. Probably had to do with more getting sleep and eating good.

4 sets 10reps 225 all the way down squats.
3 sets 20 rep leg press. 6 plates on each side
2 set one leg leg press 20 rep 1 and a quarter on each side
3 sets of leg high rep leg extension, single leg

didnot weigh myself.. gonna do that once a week.
 
My best results were from week 1.5 to 2.5. About 6 pounds right there. Im just at end of week 3 and now it seems as tho im starting to recomp.

Hdrol is nice :)
 
I'm curently on hdrol this is my 3rd week I was running it at 50 and by the time 21/2 weeks went by I finaly noticed a little something, the results were best compared to a good n02 product. IE good pumps some improved recovery time but nothing more. I'm bumping it to 75 now I kind of wish I did that from the begining but yea you'll have to let me know how your cycle at 75 the whole way thru goes.

pretty good shoulder workout. seated front presses all the way down (bar touching top chest, shoulder area) 137 x 10 reps, 142x 8 reps, 150 x 6 reps. felt strong could have went heavier

biceps, and triceps, cardio

DAY 6 75 MG
OFF DAY... FOOTBALL

overall feeling nothing yet. Just the effects of eating consistently.

Weight is still 161.8

h drol is overrated. i did like it at the start of entering into PH and steroids. you should bridge over to epi in your last 2 weeks, then 2 weeks epi solo, 30/30/30/40. that would be more of an adventure

IMO h-drol is a very good compound not over rated at all depends on what your loking for.
 
Day 7

9/22/08- Monday

75 MG

High Rep squats and Hamstrings.

Felt strong. 137 x 20, 157 x 20, 187 x 16.. could have gotten 20 if would have pushed myself. Squats are all the way down.

Leg curls 65 x 15, 4 sets
Standing leg curls
Wide leg leg press 5 plate on each side 4 sets of 20.

Dont know if H-drol has kicked in. But do know had a back pump during squats. Not used to getting that. Also Libido is starting to skyrocket. A few girls in the gym making me go crazy.
 
Yep... It's kicking in. My weight gain on hdrol coincided with my libido going through the roof! Good stuff
 
Day 8

Felt strong. Incline DB 2 sets 80lb x 6, 2 sets 85lb x 6, 90lb x 5
bench 4 sets 155 x 10 reps. Heavy on incline light on bench.
Decline machine and pec deck

calves, abs, then 15 minutes of cardio.

1st of week of h-dol review: today and yesterday starting to feel an increase in libido and minor back pump, other than that no noticeable strength gains or muscle change. Forget to check the scale, so do know if gained weight.

Have noticed slight pain in the left side groin area. Going to monitor that.

It's best to take orals earlier in the day to avoid interference with your nightly test production when you sleep. I would take your largest dose first thing upon waking (50mg), and the next dose 2 hours later (25mg). Halodrol has a long halflife (over 12 hours) so taking it as early as u can will help avoid shutdown issue.
 
How much weight did you gain? Was it lean?

I went from 79.5
kg (170 pounds) to currently 83.5kg (178 pounds)... Most of that occured between days 10 and 15... with further recomp the last 10 days or so. Im just about to finish week 4 of this stuff.

Definitely lean gain. I have run oral stana before and the gains were very similar to that... During the last week my vascularity has increased and my obliques and seratus anteriors are starting to come out good.

Just for precaution I think Im gonna order some Spiro to help prevent any type of hair loss. What do you guys think?

Spiro will help, but be warned...some places that sell it will make you smell like a skunk sprayed you directly in the head!!!! So u may want to get some opinions first. If u can find the cream u should be ok....
 
Day 10

Day 10 9/25/08

75 mg

Following Trip Dog's advice. 50mg in the morning, 25mg in the afternoon.

Quad Day.. Felt somewhat strong. Not feeling the "On" feeling yet.

Squats (ATG) 2 sets 225x10 reps, 235x8, 245x6
leg press 3 sets 6 plates on each side for 20 reps
walking lunges with 55 pounds across back. 2 sets. 1 set equals walking back and forth.
sets high rep single leg extensions

Need to weigh myself. Overall feeling stronger, but do not know if its from eating, training consistency, or h-drol.
 
Day 11, Day 12, Day 13

Day 11 75 mg
Shoulders, Back
65 DB x 10 reps (full range, DB touching sholder), 70 x 8, 75 x 6
Standing presses light weight
laterals

Back
pullups
t-bar rows
lat pull downs

Felt strong on shoulders. 75lbs x 6 reps the most I have ever done

Day 12 75
Arms, calves, and cardio

Not gonna into detail with exercises, other then to felt strong and had a sick pump

Day 13 75mg
Footballllll.. Off day

Coming up on two weeks. Weighed myself. Hovering around 165-167. When I started this cycle was 161.8. Dont know if that is H-drol or diet, or combination. Side note the outside of my knees are starting to cramp up and hurt. I have the worst case of flat feet, which causes it. Was waiting to go to the doctor to get custom made orthotics, but probably gonna go to sports authority to get some.
 
Day 14, Day 15, Day 16

Day 14 Monday
75 mg

Hamstrings, high reps squat day.
squats 147 x 20 rep (atg), 157 x 20 rep (atg), 187 x 20 (atg) yippeeeeeee
wicked pump in hamy workout.
only problem was starting to get back pump. Need to get some taurine.


Day 15 Tuesday
75 mg
Chest, Cardio
Bench 225 x 5 reps for 4 sets. Felt strong, could have lifted more
incline db
pec deck
decline hammer strength

20 minutes high intense cardio

Day 16 Wednesday
75 mg
off day

Overall so far have went from 161.8 to around 165-166. Strength is starting to go up.
 
how is it on your joints? I have infrequent shoulder pain and Im thinking of starting my first cycle and haveing it be this.

On my joints so far no pain..I do have soreness on the outside area of my knees. I attribute that to my feet, not h-drol. I had this pain before h-drol. I have to get orthotics. I have bad flat feet.
 
End of H-Drol First day of PCT

Sorry for the lack of updates. Between working, working out, and traveling it has been hard to update everyday. Logging itself is job.

Here is summary of H-drol so far.

I took H-drol a total for 5 weeks 75 mg through out. The stuff is awesomeeeeeee.

Weight gain:
Starting: 160/161 lb
Today: 166/167

My ab definition was good before when I started, with the weight gain its even better. I did cardio 3 times a week and squated twice a week (20 rep days on monday, and 10 reps days on thursday). Very satisfied with the weight gain. For me its quality not quantity


Strength Gains: Best part. They are sick.

Bench Press: before h-drol could barely get 225 for 4 reps on heavy days. Now can get 225 without spot a nice and easy 5 reps. Yesterday did 95lb db inclines for 5 reps.

Shoulder press: seated military press (front) went up 178lbs going all the way down touching the top of my chest/shoulder for 5 reps. Did 80lb dbs for 4 reps.

Squats: 189 (atg) for 20 reps. 225 (atg) 12-15 reps, 275 (atg) 5-6 reps.

Biceps, triceps, and back all alot stronger

Sides: No lethargy, no acne, 2nd week did notice a spike in libido but that leveled off, no hair loss.

H-drol is the bomb. I dont see a need a to do 50mg a day. In my opinion I would just do 75mg a day for 5 weeks. I did notice that h-drol really started to kick the middle of the second week.

Today is my first day of Iforce Reversitol for PCT. I hope the weight and strength sticks.

Towards the end of my PCT I will post again.
