I used 10 for the first 5-6 days which was great and bumped up to 20, didn't notice much more difference. After a while i bumped to 30mg and here's where i noticed a little bit more suppression (which was not nearly so bad as I had been led to believe btw). 30mg showed more anabolic activity however, as i was making even more gains at the very end of the cycle (i realized that i had to increase my calories even more, to some massive quantity)
