I played with this before and this is my 3rd cycle, my first which was Epistane was phenomonal and my second one was Havoc which was nice but the sexual side effects caused me to stop. I smartened up and did all i can to combat the libido and for the most part I succeeded.

I am 34, 192 and my max on bench is 315 for 9. I did 355 in January but maxing out only hurts my shoulders so I don't even try it anymore, I much rather get the reps in. Shoulder pressed last night 225 for 6 and felt awesome. I work out at a wellness center so you have a mix of people but the weight I was putting up (which is average at a Gold's gym) is just not done at my place so all the eyes were on me. That alone gets another rep or 2 out. Anyway I digressing here by going off about myself...haha.

I am on week 5 of Havoc and will go to week 6, been taking 4 a day, 1 before breakfast , one at lunch and 1 before my work out and 1 after, I work out around 8 during the week after work, and the mornings on the weekends. I love this product, It gives me everything I look for. It makes you lean and doesn't bloat you....I have test enth on me and won't use it because of the bloat. I will admit though my libido is nowhere where it used to be but that's the price you pay when you want to play. My side effects are libido and I am beginning to see some shedding, I run my hand through my hair and sure enough I get like 6 hairs every time...definitely not fun.

How would I does the stoked? Is this over kill?

The Stoked should be dosed 2 caps a.m. and 2 caps p.m.

Dude if you are getting hairloss from this then why not just go the AAS route.You might not even experience this with a TEST only cycle.Just a thought.

im 2 weeks into my havoc cycle....not alot of weight gain..only 4 lbs but i look way bigger and this stuff is awesome. You guys think its good to bump up to 40 for the last 2 weeks? im about 237lbs right now

hell yeah bro, i am on my last week of havoc pct. i gained 10.4 lbs but i lost 1.4 so i'm at 9lbs up from when i started the cycle. good luck !

If you feel ok then you can bump it up but listen to your body. If your making gains still at 30mg stay there more is not always better.

I notice it grows back though so I don't mind the temporary shedding. If I went on Test only I don't like the bloat, and I would throw in Havoc on that one as well. I can throw in Arimdex to kill the bloat but I am destryoing the gains. This route just makes more sense to me. How would you do a test cycle while trying to keep the bloat to a minimum? I wouldn't mind hearing an alternative , I guess I am stuck in my ways.

I was actually thinking of going of finishing off at 50 mg. I am at 40 and been at 40mg since the beginning, and I weigh about 50 lbs less than you. I just love the look from Havoc, you get that nice dry look. I take a lot of stuff though for libido and I have a bunch of viagara, although I like Cialis (sic) better. Overall I love Havoc.

yea bro the havoc is great...no sides really for me. Lil joints pain at times but nothing major. No back pains to report as well. Love the feelin of bein on
