Combating water retention

What is best for water retention? Clomid vs Nolvadex vs Arimidex?

I've done some research and they all help. But I wasn't able to deduce that if you start taking any of these, will water go down painlessly/quickly/automatically, or will you have to do tons of cardio and caffeine/ephedrine/etc and wait a while to get rid of it?

What else can one do to keep water off?

Yes, it is. And I know that the lack of estrogen will hinder my gains, but that's a trade-off I'm willing to accept.

Usually .25mg EOD of Arimidex will do the trick.

EOD is every other day. ED is every day, and E3D is every 3rd. (Incase you right into those)

Clomid v Nolva v Arimidex

In the above scenerio, arimidex is going to be the champ. Clomid will come in dead last.

Nolva is going to compete at the receptor site with estrogen, thats how it gets your estrogen levels down. Arimidex is actually going to STOP the aromatization of testosterone to estrogen. Obviously you can see that arimidex is a step up the food chain.
