Yes, i know what a pct is, but only what u can get legally. I used a pct after my 1-ad, think it was 6oxo. Can u use the same stuff?
My training program is a 4 day workout (2 on/1 off/2 on/2off. It will be a strength program.
For the strength part, there r 4 phases
phase 1- 3 sets of 10 (WEEK 1)

basically, your first exercise, for each muscle group, will be going off of the phases. The second will be 3/6-8 and the last, 1st 4 weeks 10,8,6,12 and last 4 10,8,6,4.
My BF is 14%. The goal is to put on solid lean mass of muscle, getting stronger, and losing about 4-5 of BF.
AND YES I am over 21 (26).
