Whats goin on everyone
I've been lifting for a while now and in that time, have also been doing a lot of reading and researching too. My diet and lifting are all revolved around bulking. I'm 5'10" and about 167lbs. My diet and lifting all revolve around bulking. The more I was researching, the more I found that the opinions vary...but for the most part a lot of people agree that most steriods can be used for bulking or cutting, depending on diet etc. With that confusion kind of cleared up in my mind...it seems like many people seem to talk highly of Anadrol when it comes to bulking, except for its high toxicity. Really i'm looking for opinions from people that have ran a cycle of anadrol, but I would appreciate anyones help.
Sometime in the future, probably this upcoming fall, I want to run a cycle of anadrol. I've been reading a lot of peoples experience with it...but still find it hard to kind of piece everything together.
I want to run a cycle of:
50mg Anadrol / day for 6 weeks
I know I could prob. run 6 weeks at 100mg/day but i wanna play it safe at first. I would be running this by itself, just along with my usual diet unless anyone thinks thats not a good idea. Also, I don't drink at all so I feel like I should be ok.
My main goal is to get up to about 200lbs...although I don't plan to accomplish this off one cycle of anadrol. I'm basically using this as a jump-off point to see where I end up at the end of the cycle.
My main questions are basically just regarding PCT:
1.) What AI should I run along with this cycle and for how long? Also, should I run anything else with the cycle...milk thistle etc?
2.) Is nolva enough for PCT for such a highly toxic compound?
3.) And one thing ... in my teenage years I was pretty vulnerable to acne...mostly on my body. This is not much of an issue now, but should I be expecting like a blow up on 50mg/day?
