just run phera and bold. at 10mg of epi you are not gonna see very much.

You would not get much from 10mg of Epi and you would be running 2 methyls which is not good. I would not start the phera at 45mg maybe 30mf for a week or 2.

I see nothing about what your running for supports and a pct you do have a plan right?:thumbsup:

Another possibility...

weeks 1-3 P-Plex 45mg ed
weeks 1-10 Bold 800mg to 1g ed
weeks 8-10 Epi 30 to 40mg ed

This gives you 4 weeks between methyls

You could also bridge the P-Plex and Epi or run the Bold 12 weeks and run the methyls four weeks at the beginning and end.

Running Bold for four weeks will not produce the desired results.

The sweet spot for Epi is 30-40mg ed.

As already said epi @ 10mg is a waste (and I'm hoping you haven't got that in there to reduce gyno or something!).

I also think that bold for 4 weeks is a complete waste. If your lucky it will kick in as you finish it. Bold should be run for 8-12 weeks.

PCT kinda depends on how i feel through this...i have nolva but i might use reversitol by IForce for PCT. I will run Bold for 45 days. Phera im not really sure...maybe just 4 weeks. I will drop the epi

I would run bold more than 45 days 56 day at the minimum.:thumbsup:
