Great analysis. My buddy and I were saying the same things at the game. Longshore = fail. Two backs over 100 yards was a good sign though, and Best is a stud. Going to the Colorado State game later in the month. Go Bears!

Longshore=failure under pressure

I hope for good things this year and personally would not like to see longshore under center again...

Edit: I reread and think you are trying to get at they have better pro players...IMHO that doesn't always equate to better teams...but thats fine i think people are gonna call me a big 10/11 hater but thats fine i like the conference i just think they shouldn't act like they are an elite conference...IMO they are the 4th best

well, first off i dont think the big 10 is an elite conference; in fact they are overshadowed by late by the usc's the lsu's the texas' to name a few. big 10 is old school "smashmouth" football that teaches teamwork,disciplin and toughness. with that said how well would a standout from usc..ex: matt leinhat and reggie bush from the 2005 team stack up against a potent big 10 defence at least 8-10 times a season....probably not as good as there pac10 defence they are accustom to.

would you all call me a hypocrite if i said Juice Williams is my favorite football player(not saying hes the best or elite but i really just enjoy watching him ball out...)?

I am going out on a limb though with this game. Another prediction The U's defense shuts Tebow down.

This will begin a flurry of upsets for another wild and crazy season.
