Does Vick deserve to play again?

The name says it all. who thinks Vick should get a second chance or has he blown it and deserve to be gone for good?

Much like anyone else on the street, he should go to prison. Does the NFL have a prison team? If so, then I don't care. If not, then it would be pretty hard to run while shackled.

Lindsay Lohan getting 38 freaking MINUTES of jailtime for 2 DUIs and cocaine possession. Celebrities are supposed to be subject to the same consequences as regular people.

Do sins affect one's ability to play football? I don't know the answer to this, but I'm a mighty terrible football player myself.

No, sports are about honor, integrity, esprit de corps among other things and when you bring discredit to it, you should not be allowed to play. I think we've drifted away from this so much and focused on money and performance to a point that they might as well all be prison teams.

When I watch professional sports, I want to see touchdowns, slam dunks, homeruns, top-corner snipes, double eagles on a par 5, and BIG HITS. This is first and foremost with me.

I understand that including such terrible people in these sports will (as it should) hurt the support of fans. Perhaps professional sports should look more into taking more preventative measures against bringing in immoral athletes.

If he would have came clean when everything first went down I'd say maybe because I think people deserve another chance at times.

He straight up lied to the commisoner and owner of his team. The same owner who pushed him around in a wheel chair. Also for beeing un-explainably stupid. He was set to make 130mill over 10 years. Why the **** would you need to gamble and make a buisness of somthing thats illegal?

The guy most definitely doesn't deserve the type of life the NFL will afford him.

why ban me?

i dont think he should play either. guys dream of playing in the nfl their entire lives. some guys would even play for 100,000 a year when they can make so much more just b/c they love the game.

its a privilage and when you blow it like that and do something that terrible you dont deserve to have another chance.

millions of people go for jobs on wallstreet that pay less that what vick is paid. how many of them would still have their job after spending time in jail?

its complete bullsh!t that its even up for debate.

so with that in my head i voted yes.

im more offended of what he did to the dogs that did not "perform"

they let tyson fight again and artest and steven jackson are still in nba. i personally dont think he should play again but with everything it comes down to money. if the nfl thinks he can sell seats he'll play again- after 3 year suspension.

Makes sense, you're forgiven.

But let it be known to any of you who "really" support Vick:
Any and all Vick supporters on AM.com will be subject to a royal beating followed by a visit with two rabid, hungry, and extremely horny baboons.

That includes you, Midget
