Mike and Mike on espn this morning made a great point about how he cowarded in the corner during the congressional hearings and was chastized by the congress during it.

The guy is just making himself out to be the bad guy. Makes no sense to me.

Oh well, Bonds will break the record in like 3 weeks...so all this mess will be over with in like 3 months...haha

F*CK CONGRESS. Who the **** are they to choose a select few, and crucify them. Pitchers did steroids too. Bonds played in the era of steroids. Countless minor leaguers and mediocre big leaguers juiced and didnt hit like Bonds. I hope Bonds shatters the record, and congress and the ESPN douche bags throw a child like hissy fit about it. I cant wait. It was an absolute joke that McGwire didnt make it into the hall of fame.

Shilling, this guy kills me. I heard him on the radio crying about everyone speaking on his behalf, and the media taking his words out of context, and reporting untrue stories. He even created a blog so he would not be miss quoted. Then he rolls over on Bonds doing the same thing that he has been crying about. What a piece of work.

I saw the whole thing go down with Congress, and I read ESPN every day. My comments had little to do with anything you said. You did however remind me of those leading this ridiculous witch hunt. Mike and Mike are tools, and If I were Bonds, I wouldnt participate with Congress either. It was the media that singled out Bonds to be the bad guy because he doesnt like or doesnt get along with the media. And congress has no business crucifying a select few when hundreds if not thousands of baseball players juiced during the steroid era. They just needed a poster child, and the media made Bonds the guy.
