I have a tryout this Sunday for a national arena football team. http://niflfootball.com it's basically the nfl's version of arena football league. It is broken up into 2 sessions, a morning and afternoon session. I was wondering what if anything I should take in the morning especially to help give me that extra boost. In the morning I will be doing the 40yd dash and agility cone drills. Then in the afternoon is position drills. I really want to impress in the 40, just because I used to run a 4.32 but I weighed around 160 then. I run around a 4.5 now but I weigh a cool 220 . Any suggestions on how I should set this up for that day. Including meals, drinks, supps I should be taking that day or the night before please feel free to offer.
