I asked this in the past but don't know if it was ever answered. I don't think the old CVM Xtreme is still being produced, but is there any info on either a new product of if the original will ever come back?
 
emailed SNS from the company website. New formula should be released in the next 3 months (flavoring issues was causing the delay)
