.There's nothing in reduce xt,lean xtreme that should keep you from sleeping ?.I take gaba for sleep ,there are other thing's to help you sleep out there look in to it.

7OH can boost thyroid output, which may keep you awake a bit. Your body will get used to the effect quite soon and there'll not be a problem though. In the meantime, you can help a little by pushing your evening dose forward by an hour or so.

Agree. Robboe stated the only thing I can think of as an answer. We hadnt had any people report sleep problems with it.
